Beyond another write-off

Your income outgrew the basics.
Your tax plan can, too.

01 / WHY THE BILL STAYS HIGH

A useful deduction.
A much bigger bill.

A $72K retirement contribution saves about $29K at a 40% tax rate. Against a $300K tax bill, the standard moves only go so far.

2026 employee + employer limit, excluding eligible catch-up contributions. Illustrative tax savings.

02 / WHAT TO LOOK AT NEXT

The savings matter.
So does the capital you keep.

Advanced planning looks at how strategies work together, what they cost, and how much money stays available for your business and your life.

Watch Michael’s $400K example in the video. Eligibility, costs, risk and tax treatment vary.

Why start now? Many 2026 planning decisions need to happen before December 31. Leave time to put the right plan in place.

One overlooked piece. Handled with you.

Putting money in
isn’t always enough.

Some strategies also require you to take part in the activity and be able to show what you did. That’s called material participation.

Miss that step, and the tax savings and deductions you expected may not hold up in an audit.

You know what to do.
You have a team to help you do it.

Ongoing support. Audit protection built in.

Protection is subject to your written engagement, participation requirements and filing conditions. No guarantee against an audit or of a tax outcome. How it works →

What happens when you apply

Know what a plan saves.
Know what it costs.
Then decide.

Start with a free call. If there’s an opportunity, see the numbers before committing to a plan.

01 / ABOUT A MINUTE

Answer a few questions.

Your approximate tax bill, how you earn your income, and where our team can reach you.

02 / FREE CALL

Talk through your situation.

What you expect to owe, what’s already in place and whether a deeper look is worthwhile. No perfect books needed. Keep your CPA. No commitment.

03 / OPTIONAL PAID ANALYSIS

See the plan and the numbers.

A mock draft of your return compares doing nothing, the basics and a full plan. You get a written plan with steps and dates, yours to keep. The analysis fee is credited if you move forward.

Implementation and ongoing advisory are a separate engagement. You’ll see the scope and cost before you decide.

A few things you may be wondering.

I already have a CPA. Can we still talk?

Yes. The work often needs tax and investment planning coordinated, and that can include your CPA. Tell us what they’re already doing so we can see where a deeper review could add value.

Do I need to own a business?

Consultations currently focus on business owners, practice owners, people selling or who recently sold a business, and real estate investors with annual tax bills of $150K or more. If you select Other, your annual tax bill must be $500K or more. We are not currently accepting consultations for Executive / W-2 income. You can optionally ask us to email you if a suitable service becomes available.

What if my books aren’t completely up to date?

You can still start the conversation. Tell us where things stand, and we can explain what information would be needed for a meaningful analysis.

Am I committing to a strategy or investment?

No. The first conversation is free. If a paid analysis makes sense, we’ll explain its scope and cost before you decide. Any implementation is a separate, agreed engagement.

Why start before filing season?

Many decisions that shape your 2026 return need to happen by December 31, and larger strategies can take longer to set up. A filing extension gives you more time to file; it does not extend every planning or payment deadline. Deadlines depend on the strategy and your circumstances.
